Judging from the vehicle classification standard of the Ministry of Public Security, the trailer has a total mass, but the tractor is not clear. 2. Do you need to report the vehicles that are not operated and managed by affiliated, contracted and cooperative enterprises?
The reporting caliber of the household list is all vehicles that have obtained the road transport license with the enterprise or self-employed, regardless of whether the vehicles are operated by the enterprise itself or others, they need to be included in the reporting, including capacity, transportation and energy consumption. 2. What should be done when the number of vehicles actually extracted by the enterprise is less than the number of vehicles that should be investigated?
Because there is only the number of freight vehicles of enterprises in the enterprise directory database system, there is no corresponding vehicle directory, which can not meet the demand of vehicle extraction. Therefore, through the corresponding relationship between enterprises and vehicles in the National Road Transportation Management Information System, the vehicle directory of each enterprise is matched for vehicle extraction. Due to different data sources, it can’t be completely matched, and some enterprises actually extract fewer vehicles than the vehicles that should be investigated. After logging into the system, enterprises can know how many vehicles should be filled in by checking the number of rows in the vehicle table, and then click "Vehicle Replacement" to add vehicles first and then replace them for vehicle table filling.
3, enterprises or self-employed only trailer, how to fill in the transportation and energy consumption?

4. The enterprise has both tractors and trailers. How to report the capacity and transportation?
In the section where the transportation information is filled in, if there are both tractors and trailers, or there are tractors without trailers, the transportation information shall be filled in according to the number of trips completed by the trailer corresponding to the tractor, the freight volume, the cargo turnover volume and the container volume; If the enterprise has a trailer without a tractor, the number of trips completed by the trailer, freight volume, freight turnover and container volume do not need to be filled in.
5. Are vehicles and business households with a mass of 4.5 tons or less included in this survey?
Ordinary road freight vehicles with a total mass of 4.5 tons and below are no longer included in the special investigation scope of our city.
6. What are the legal obligations of the respondents?
Article 7 of the Statistics Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that state organs, enterprises, institutions and other organizations, as well as individual industrial and commercial households and individuals must provide true, accurate, complete and timely information needed for statistical investigation in accordance with this Law and relevant state regulations, and shall not provide untrue or incomplete statistical information, and shall not delay or refuse to report statistical information.
If the respondents refuse to investigate, they will be included in the list of dishonesty in industry statistics and handed over to the Bureau of Statistics for statistical dishonesty enforcement. Enterprises above designated size need to log in to a set of online direct reporting system. There are three ways for enterprises below designated size and self-employed households to submit forms: web version system, App and paper form:
(1) For the respondents who have computer and Internet access, priority is given to encouraging the use of the special survey Web version system (Web (https://zxdc.catsic.com)) for reporting.
(2) For small-scale enterprises or self-employed individuals who do not have computer office, App is encouraged to fill in the report.
(3) For self-employed individuals who are not skilled in using App, paper forms can be used to fill in.
(4) For self-employed drivers who are older and unskilled in mobile phone operation, the paper form can be filled in by the investigator, or the investigator can fill in the form after telephone interview.
