　　第一、党内政治生态发生变化

　　在过去很长时间里，全党乃至社会一再诟病，党内出现信仰失重、行为失规、道德失范、心理失衡。表现出来的就是权力寻租比比皆是，包括周永康、郭伯雄、徐才厚这些身处高位的高级领导干部走向堕落。

Without the balance between spirit and matter, people are doomed to be in pain forever and cannot extricate themselves.
