In terms of trial production and manufacturing process, Lantu has established the VES vehicle evaluation standard and refined quality evaluation system: based on the VES evaluation standard, Lantu conducts more than 500 items such as appearance inspection, road test inspection, rain inspection, warehousing inspection, etc. on the off-line vehicles, and strictly checks the factory quality of the vehicle. With the goal of the refined quality evaluation system, Lantu conducts detailed evaluation and improvement on the user’s high-perception of materials, clearance, color difference, odor, vehicle operation, driving experience, etc., so that users can see, hear, hear, and touch, all presenting a well-crafted high-end enjoyment.
In terms of supply chain, Lantu is committed to being "the setter and leader of the quality system and technical standards for new energy vehicle suppliers", establishing and improving the supplier quality system evaluation standard (VQS), summarizing 12 core processes and their management requirements, which can systematically and comprehensively identify the quality weaknesses of suppliers, and focus on the control of processes that affect key and important characteristics, early warning of quality risks, and make targeted improvements. At the same time, LANTU combines the full-featured product special characteristic identification, the whole value chain process special characteristic guarantee network preparation and the supplier quality evaluation system (VQS) to realize the autonomy and control of high-value parts. The domestic air spring system, the lifting triple screen, the dimmable canopy, and the variable damping shock absorber of LANTU Dreamer on the LANTU FREE are all successful examples. In the manufacturing process, Lantu uses numerical control hydraulic pad technology to match the high-speed synchronous stamping line produced by steel and aluminum mixed production, so that the error control of each process is at the industry first-class level (0.1mm), thus ensuring the production efficiency and quality stability of parts. In the welding factory with 100% automation coverage, Lantu uses laser welding, ARPLAS welding and traditional welding technology to combine, which not only ensures the strength stability and reliability of the car body, but also makes the car body feel more refined. 195 sets of high-precision servo tightening equipment on the Lantu assembly line, through the self-developed TMS digital torque control system, achieve 100% accurate control of the key torque of the whole vehicle, which can be traced back to the torque data of nearly 10 years.

Through the use of 5G and big data technology, Lantu’s latest generation of autonomous mobile backpack robots (AMR), integrated laser navigation and 5G + WIFI dual-mode communication, AI binocular vision + 3D laser fusion navigation and obstacle avoidance technology, can achieve automatic and accurate delivery of the final assembly line. In addition, Lantu has also built a digital twin of production that integrates digital workshops and physical workshops. The most important "three electric" for new energy vehicles, Lantu Automobile adopts the whole process of inspection, including high voltage insulation inspection, potential balance test, charging socket insulation/grounding test, rain test, wading test, etc. The number of inspections is more than other companies, to ensure that every car delivered to the user meets the R & D design standards.
