The plenary session conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the series of important speeches made by the 20th Party Congress and General Secretary of the Supreme Leader, listened to and discussed the work report made by Zheng Shanjie entrusted by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and deliberated and adopted the Decision of Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the 20th Party Congress and Striving to Write a New Chapter of Modern and Beautiful Anhui Construction and the Resolution of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 11th Committee of Anhui Province, the Communist Party of China (CPC). Zheng Shanjie explained and delivered a speech to the plenary session on "Decision of Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 20th Party Congress and striving to write a new chapter of modern and beautiful Anhui construction (discussion draft)".
Zheng Shanjie pointed out that studying, propagating and implementing the spirit of the 20th Party Congress is the primary political task at present and in the future, and we should persist in deepening the study, propaganda and implementation. Zheng Shanjie emphasized that the "Decision" adopted by the plenary session of the provincial party committee has defined the objectives, ideas and measures for building a modern and beautiful Anhui. The key now is to come up with an implementation plan, refine the timetable and construction drawings, and unswervingly push forward the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the work requirements of the provincial party committee.
